Steve Fullam

Director of Men's Ministry

I consider it a blessing to be part of the mission with BLOC. I grew up on the west side of Cincinnati, and I know the community where we serve. I have the gift of three children, a son and daughter who are grown, and a daughter who is still at home. In addition, I have four grandchildren. I truly hope to have a strong impact with those I work with, and I hope I can be an integral part of helping them to better their lives in a relationship with Jesus Christ. I have a diverse background professionally, including a trade skill, owning several businesses, managing business operations, accounting, finance, and sales. I am active in my church and ministry, as well as several recovery communities. I treasure time with my children, extended family, and friends.
My story includes straying from the church and my relationship with the Lord into a severe alcohol addiction, as well as some drug use. I have been blessed, in grace, with victory in recovery for over two decades. I, therefore, bring what I believe to be valuable experience and wisdom in the field of discipling and mentoring in a victorious life to those who are still suffering through the heartbreaks and tragedies associated with this affliction. Families, children, friends, and employees are all affected. I have been blessed with the tools and armor to be a warrior in these fields, and I have a great passion to pass along to those who desire the same gift so freely given to me.  I look forward to meeting many of you as we experience this journey. I look forward to leading BLOC Men’s ministry. Parts of that include the jail ministry, partner with The LIT movement, and Celebrate Recovery Price Hill.
May God bless you all and keep you in His grace, hope, and peace.
