Men's Ministry Assistant

I am extremely grateful and excited to be a small part of what God is doing through BLOC Ministries. I grew up on the west side of Cincinnati so I am very familiar with the area which I get the privilege to serve in full time now. I have been blessed with 3 children and get the privilege of walking with them through the early stages of their faith journey. My professional background consists of over a decade in manufacturing/production/management which has shaped me to be extremely equipped for many aspects of full time ministry. 

Living in victory over drug/alcohol addiction myself by the Power of Jesus for 5 years now, I am extremely passionate about helping men facing similar struggles find hope in brokenness. I have years of volunteer experience serving in prison ministry and with high school students that has lead me to the Men’s Ministry/Jail team with BLOC. I will be going into jails/rehab facilities as a clergy, working in collaboration with sober living programs such as the LIT movement, working with Celebrate Recovery, and with other ministries within and outside of BLOC. Building relationships with our neighbors and sharing hope in brokenness is our vision here at BLOC. The book of Romans says: 

“How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can anyone preach unless they are sent?" Romans 10:14-15
