Staff Care & Mentoring

I started life in Kentucky and Tennessee but I’ve spent most of my life in the Cincinnati area. I’ve been married for ten years to Andy Grear and we have four sweet boys and one lady baby. We live on mission with the Lord in Price Hill tucked away in some old property that we enjoy sharing with our family and community.  I am the oldest daughter of Dwight and Stephanie Young so I have been with BLOC since its beginning. I officially began working in Price Hill with BLOC in 2005.  Because of our growing family, my role within BLOC has changed through the years. I am currently part of the spiritual direction team and help with staff care and mentoring.  I love the heart of this ministry - to follow the Spirit wherever He may take us and to love and care for the people God puts in our way - specifically our neighbors. That is a mission I hope I always have no matter where I go. I love being part of the team that works that out to the best we can week in and week out.  I hope to continue to help discern God’s heart and purpose for this collection of His body. We want to be followers that have our ear bent toward Him and who are willing to move when He says move. I hope to see our neighborhood walk into the freedom God offers when we follow Him.
